The stakeholders of the rehabilitation centre will be the medical employees like the
nurse or the doctors who are taking care of the older people. Along with that, the family
members of those older people and the suppliers will be the other stakeholders of the centre.
Medical Staffs:
The centre has the liability to communicate to the nurses or the other medical staffs
regarding the improvement of the older people at that centre. The rehabilitation centre will
have updated technological equipment, which will be significantly helping in the
improvement of those older people and will make the task easier for the medical staffs1.
Family Members:
The family members of the older people will an important stakeholder in this case, as
they are concerned person who will take the facility of the centre against compensation.
Hence, the organization is in need to make sure that they be able to show the process in
which the condition of the older people will improve in the centre in order to gain trust and
satisfaction of the family members of the older people.
Suppliers:
As the centre is to include considerable amount of technological equipment in order to
monitor the health condition of the older people, the suppliers of those equipment will be a
significant stakeholder of the centre. The suppliers will be communicated the need of
providing quality products with precise focus on the increment of the comfortability of the
handling of the products by the older people.

Ethical Concerns:
The major ethical concern in serving the older people of the centre will be the quality
marking of the equipment of that centre. The authority of the centre must make sure that they
purchase equipment that are labelled by the Australian Communications and Media Authority
(ACMA). The equipment that are to be used must align with the guidelines of EMC labelling
requirements2. Otherwise, it must not be used.
Along with this the organization must make sure that they follow the prescribed
details that the doctor or the medical staffs shared with them and do not conduct any sort of
self-generated process or treatment.

The dissatisfaction among the stakeholders of the organization can be due to the
incapability of the employees of that particular centre in providing quality services to the
older people3. The family members of the older people will be significantly dissatisfied with
quality of the services offered by the employees of the centre4.
Apart from that, the suppliers can also be dissatisfied with the improper payment of
the equipment that the centre is utilising.

In order to make sure that the incapability of the employees does not pose a
significant concern to the stakeholders of that centre, the authority will include appropriate
training activities to increase the competency or skills of the employees in handling the
technological equipment.
Apart from that, the organization will create a supplier’s code in order to make sure
that any sort of impurity regarding the payment of the equipment and the continuity of the
supply of the equipment do not exist.
