development plan will be framed for achieving the set goals of the project effectively. Further,
the criteria for measuring the successful performance of the overall project regarding the impacts
of the competitive advantage will be discussed.

organizational performance and can increase the productivity as well. Thus, this project is

team of 10 people for different purposes.

course” within the organization is one the best strategic plan the company can adopt in order to
