plays an important role in the success of the project. The success of the project depends on
several factors including leadership and reducing conflicts among team members. This reports
deals with three questions mentioned. The use of leadership skills in the project management has
been discussed in the report.

As commented by Müller et al. (2018), leadership skills of a project manager have been
an important factor in the success of a project. Leaders help in providing a right track and
planning for the completion of the project. The use of leadership skills have been helping in
maintaining a keen approach in the success of the project. There are various leadership skills that
need to be available in the project manager. In order to avail good services from team members,
the project manager need to have a proper communication skills with their employees and team
members. This help in minimizing the conflicts among team members and manager. A clear and
concise idea of the whole project need to be provided to the team members. As per the research
done by Agarwal et al. (2017), this helps in maintaining a keen approach to the development of
complex projects. Complex projects include several types of objectives that are complex in
nature. Therefore, project manager needs ti be active and clear about the objectives of the
projects. This might help in maintaining a proper approach in the development of the project.
The project manager must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that help in
providing proper approach to the projects. A project manager must be a good instant decision
maker that helps in making decision at critical situations of the development of the project.

vibes coming out from team members due to dissatisfactions. In such scenario, project manager

the progression of project. This help in providing better advices and solutions to issues of the
project. A project manager needs to be a leader and prepare team in a bold way. As per research
done by Drouin et al. (2018), team members need to be motivated to complete a complex project
on time with quality. Therefore, leader need to conduct motivation sessions for team members
time to time. These qualities of project members help in completing complex projects on time
with quality.
b. Assembling a team
It has been an important to gather proper skilled individuals in the team. Recruitment of
skilled employees in the team for engaging them in a project has been important. Recruitment
process needs to be based on the requirement of the project. The requirements and objectives of
