The project on implementation of CSR implementation for Nisa Ltd to achieve competitive
advantages is quite effective for increasing market position and sustaining its longer term
position.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, it will get succeed to increase competitiveness and marketability in the future. For
this, managers' views on CSR significance are to be gathered and analysed effectively on
which different ideas generated to complete the task.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
Being project manager, I analysed market position and business performance of Nisa Ltd as
well prepared strategies for project, its aim, objectives. Similarly, I contributed in team
building and encouraging workers for effective coordination in task accomplishment.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they
tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
Some obstacles occurred like; lack of fund and coordination among workers as well
uncertain changes during project affect organisation's effectiveness.

I learned to reduce risks and encouraging workers for team work and accomplishing tasks
according to determined time. Including this, I improved communication and listening
skills affect professionalism and personality.

Several positive changes are identified like; I improved communication and problem
solving skills. Similarly, I learned to accomplish tasks in time affect time management
skill. On critical evaluation, it is determined that it is required for me to increase working
