While implementing CSR activities, Apis ltd will improve their brand
awareness and target their potential customers.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?
Specifically, please outline any evaluation and assessment
undertaken.
Yes, with the help of implementing CSR project it become easy for
organisation to accomplish their aims and objectives.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and
project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
Project management plan work good because it helps me to set
out plans which has to be followed by me.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they

Collecting information from large number of population and by
using appropriate tools and techniques.

As this is new topic for me that how CSR activities will give
advantage to organisation. So, it increase my knowledge about

My strength is to communicate with my team leaders. But
weakness is that it become difficult for me to communicate with
