1. Problems faced by students if they don't have any suitable case studies available
There are various problems which are faced by students if they don't get suitable case
studies related to project management in order to gain knowledge like if suitable case studies are
not available it will result in lack of understanding of the project. Also, students will not be able
to gain the proper knowledge related to project management (Gunasekaran and et.al., 2018).
Students will not be able to implement the proper method to complete the task besides it will also
result in delay of tasks which are to be completed on time. If proper case studies are not available
students would the information from wrong sources which will result in gaining of irrelevant
knowledge about the project management. Another problem that will be faced by the students
will be that they will not be able to define the problem that a case study presents.
2. Impact on students
If students don't get suitable case studies related to project management knowledge,
students will lack interest and will not be able to gain proper knowledge about project
management. It will also effect their knowledge and understanding about the project
management, it will also result in frustration and delay in projects or tasks which are to be
completed on time. If students don't get knowledge through real life examples it will also impact
on students learning and skills. In the absence of real life example students will take every
hypothetical and will be hard for them to believe that actual cases exist. It will also restrict their
practical knowledge and will result in lack of interest within students which will have negative
impact on their knowledge and learning process.
3. Advantages of having case studies
There are various advantage of having case studies which are useful to different business
sector, which are as follows:
 Having case studies related to business sector will make students better decision makers
as they gain theoretical knowledge from case studies and from the knowledge will be able
to decide how to deal with the situation (Suopajärvi and et.al, 2017).
 With the help of case studied students will be clearly present the opportunities, risks or
threats which are involved in the business sector which can lead to the efficiency of the
business.

 It will also result in the effective planning of the different business projects which may
include human resource planning, financial planning, management planning, etc. which
can help the student to become better business planner.
 Another advantage is that students will be able to understand the situation in better way
due to which they will be able to solve various complex business problems in an effective
manner.
