In this report, Globex and Virtucon are two organisation which always involved in creating
some new or different or involved in doing something new other things. Globex and Virtucon
are the organisation which works for introducing the better and advanced technology to
coordinate the work properly. Globex is always remained in try to creating something new
also involved in creating new technology by creating a new technology it will help in making
agriculture process more effective and make it easy to work on them properly. Virtucon is
always trying to creating or developing some new project or work the on some other project
and make the working project more easy and efficient for the working, this company always
try to make developing the something new for the organisation (Boyer, 2017). These
companies always try to developed something new and always manage the all the factors
related to with the project and they developed the learning lifecycle. Some of the points are
discussed here for managing the learning lifecycle in more proper way
In this report according to Kolb’s it is compulsory to earn the experience from the project on
which they work or developed the project, and knowledge they got from the project
individually share the knowledge which could be helpful for the company for developing the
projects. Sharing the information related to project and collected all the information from
another process which is related to this should be taken into concern and generalization
process should be done (Aston, 2017). The generalization process is used to eliminated the
unnecessary information related to project and selected the useful information related to
project and then these useful information helps in managing the project. When the
generalization process is done them the useful information will be used in the project so that

process, it helps in managing the project in an effective way and in a proper way.
In this report, the company conducts the meeting at each level of the project in which all the

help in developing the strategies for the projected grew and also help in setting the proper

The roles of the team member will be rotated for each meeting, so that performance of all the
team members could be reviewed. However, there will be two central roles in the meeting
which will be delegated to any two members of the team. This role will be assigned to other

are-
Organizer- One of the team members will be assigned the role of organizer. The
individual team member who will be assigned as the organizer`s role will have to
organize the meeting by writing down the ideas given by the whole team. After
writing down the ideas, the note will be circulated among each team member for their
feedback (Brown, 2015). As though receiving the feedback, it will be easy to get some
other innovative ideas, as in the case, if there is anything wrong in the idea then the
feedback could be considered to make further alterations.
Scribe- The team member who will be assigned as the role of scribe, will document
all the conceptions and ideas. In addition to this, the action plans which are going to
be taken further will also be documented by the scribe.

Communication Plan
In this report, a communication plan is being made that will help all the team members in
knowing that when they have to attend the meeting for discussion on the project and when
they get circular and emails related to project all these information can easily get through this
communication plans. By this only flow of communication can be managed and by this only
proper coordination can be maintained among the team members (Allen, 2015).
The relevant information will support the team members in managing the flow of work and

It is necessary to understand the every feature which is related to project management in this I
can estimate that to manage the Information Technology can become easy to manage the all
thing according to plan. In this report, I have noticed that team work is most important in
every work field as we working on the project it is very necessary for its project to manage
and work in a team. As a team working provide a better and effective solution on each and
every aspect of the project and also help in solve out any problems related to project.
The project can be managed only by having the quality of leadership. In the project, many
types of situation occur to come out from this situation leadership quality is required. It
became an issue to manage the project if there is not a proper leadership is not there. With the
help of leadership quality, it also helps in making coordination between the team members so
that they can work properly and provide the good quality in the project.
In this case study report I have understood that planning is an important factor in developing
the project in a proper and effective plan. It is necessary to develop the proper and effective
plans for the IT projects so that the implementation can be done on each and every aspect of
the project. It is necessary for the team members to follow the plans in an effective way so
that they can easily and fast get the success in the project.
In this report, it also helps me to understand the communication plan that helps in developing
the project management team. By the help of communication plan members get the
