2. Analysis and presentation of plan to senior management
In order to make the project attain their set of goals those are determined. It is required to
make sure that all the steps included are covered in effective manner. Main project is to make
sure that company design and supply them with a range of potable mobile powerbanks/chargers.
In order to attain this project in effective manner, there is requirement of activities to be listed
down so that steps by step all goals can be attained in appropriate manner (Kerzner and Kerzner,
2017). The project will start by 27th August 2018. Further, the total budget that is set for this is
about £150,000. This amount will be effective enough to make sure that all the aspects are
covered in effective manner. The total time that will be taken to complete this project will be 133
days. It will be effective enough to make sure that all the aim and objectives that are set will be
attained in appropriate manner. There are various issues that are faced in the process of project.
All these will be effective enough to be considered so that the set targets can be attained. With
this respect, below given are the foreseen issues that can be faced in the process of completion of
project:
Cost: There are different types of activities that are included in the project, it is required
to make sure that appropriate steps are taken so that division of cost is done in appropriate
manner. It is a type of risk when planning made for this is not appropriate. This can cause high
negative impact over the project.
Time: For completing each of the activities, it is required to make sure that all the
activities listed are completed with the speculated time period. In situation when these are not
completed within speculated time period, then all the following activities will also get delayed.
Conflicts: There are many people involved in the process of completing the project. It is
important that all people involved in the process are highly skilled and have appropriate
coordination so that the work that is required to be performed is completed (Meredith and Mantel
Jr, 2011). In situation of conflict the quality of work gets negatively affected.
Poor communication: All people involved are required to have strong interaction with
each other so that they are able convey regarding the issues that are faced by them. Lack of
communication can increase rate of confusion and work gets delayed.

3. To resolve the issues identified
In order to overcome the issues that were identified at the early stage, it can be stated that
there are different type of steps that can be taken into consideration. With this respect, below
given are ways that can be followed:
Hiring skilled workers: There are certain set of skills and capabilities that are required by
a person to possess. At the initial stage and that is the process during which employees are hired
should be done once proper analysis is done. When these are done properly, then it becomes
favourable enough to make sure the stated issue is solved.
Considering issues faced by employees: Working in a project, there may have different
type of issues that can be faced. When all these set of consideration are not made, then it can
help in reducing the problem faced in relation with communication. When conflicts are resolved
immediate, then quality of work will get improved (Schwalbe, 2015). When a task is performed
by a single person, then the total time taken will be higher when compared with same work done
by a group.
Frequent monitoring: When time to time monitoring is done, then it enables to consider
the area of development that is needed to be made. With this respect, main focus is made in
which the plan developed for finance and division of time done is effective. When consideration
is made in these aspects on regular basis, then it becomes favourable enough to make sure that in
case of gap identified appropriate steps are considered.
Healthy interaction: All the key employees involved in the process are required to have
healthy interaction with each other so that they are able to perform their set of goals in effective
manner. Apart from this, steps are needed to be take in which all the employees are divided in
groups so that the rate of involved is high. When all these aspects are considered, then the
problems listed can be solved.
