Getting Started with Your Problem Statement
There is a problem with ____Project management__(topic).
Despite _Project managers are leveraging various tools so as to track their projects___
(something that should be happening),
____no consistency is getting maintained so as to monitor and control the project
performances (Fleming &Koppelman, 2016) (provide the supporting research).
This problem has negatively affected _in delivering low quality projects affecting the
stakeholders associated with the project_ (victims).

A possible cause of this problem is _____negligence in maintaining the project quality or
compromising with the desired quality of the project deliverable_________.
If we don’t solve it, _________future projects will face serious quality issues___________
will happen (consequence).

within project can be maintained___ could remedy this situation.
My Problem Statement/ Question
Though various researches are being conducted based on ways by which project managers
are making use of tools to track their projects, still projects are lacking consistency in
maintaining their quality standards leading to poor delivery of the project to the ned users.
Hence it is required to research further to find out ways by which the project managers can
maintain the quality standards of a project and how the project itself can deliver quality
within its deliverable.
