1.4 Preliminary investigation
1.4.1 Problem or opportunity
It is found that with the development of the mobile app, the organization will be able to
reach to a greater number of customers that helps in marketing various types of products much
more directly. The mobile app will be able to give proper facility of brand recognition as well as
helps in increasing the engagement of the customers which will further helpful in enhancing the
yearly revenue of the organization. In addition to this, the mobile app development helps in
