How would you approach your first project if one were assigned today?
In case the 1st project is assigned the very 1st thing that will be performed is defining the
scope of the project. There are few steps that will be taken for proper execution of the project.
This execution of the project will be performed in different stages. The stages are namely
objective defining, Proper administration of the project, getting along with the third party,
developing proper relation with the client, human party establishment, contacting the contractor,
having legal agreement, performing politics, increasing efficiency of the project, understanding
the conflicts and hence wise gain profit from the project.
There are major 6 stages that will be performed for completion of the project are namely
the conception phase, planning phase, production phase, handover phase, Utilization phase and
Closedown phase. In the conception phase, proper identification of the clients, users and third
parties are performed. After completion of the conception phase, planning phase is performed. In
this phase the interested stakeholders are the clients, project team and the third parties who have
interest in the profit ration of the organization (2). Production process is performed after the
planning stage. In this stage the stakeholders who are important includes the likes of client,
project team, producer and the third parties. Clients are the main stakeholder in this stage. Client
consent is always taken before progressing in the task. The assignment team is in charge for
completion of the tasks. Producer is responsible for funding of the project. Third parties are also
involved in the project. In the handover stage, clients, project team, producer and third parties are
responsible for proper execution. After the handover of the project, utilization of the project
comes into action. This phase does not have any necessity of the project team as well as the
project manager. This required stakeholders are namely the clients, users and the third parties
(3). In this stage the clients uses the project that is prepared and hence wise feedback is shared.

After this stage, closedown is the next stage. This stage consisted of only the client and the third
partiesrop[er implementation of the project. The implementation stage consist of the planning,
production and the handover stage. After this perceived value stage will occur. In this case the
clients and the users who are in conversation are considered in this stage. After this stage client
satisfaction stage comes into action.
Usage of PMBOK for proper guidance of project management will be maintained. All
49n processes will be gone through for proper completion of the project. Along with the same, 5
process group and 10 knowledge areas were designed (1).
Checking whether the scope that was created during the initiation phase is checked with
the result that is received after completion of the project. After this section, the goals and
objective verification will be performed. After this stage scheduling will be performed. After
completion of the scheduling section, budgeting is performed and hence wise project will be
completed.
