Essay
AI Summary
This essay examines the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on project management. It highlights AI's benefits, such as reduced human error and improved decision-making through algorithms, and its role in automating risky tasks. The essay also discusses the use of digital assistants and the potential for increased efficiency and quicker decision-making. However, it also acknowledges the disadvantages of AI, including the need for hardware and software updates, potential job displacement, and over-reliance on machines. The conclusion suggests that the opportunities presented by AI outweigh the risks, drawing parallels to previous industrial revolutions and encouraging innovation in the field. The essay references several sources to support its arguments.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Introduction
Artificial Intelligence (AI) has experienced a resurgence after decades of inertia and it is
analyzed that after 2012, funding has exponentially grown in that field as AI method is known as
one of the Deep Learning Powered which is considered as one of the breakthroughs within
machine image recognition. In this essay, proper discussion is done which reflects that the
benefits of Artificial Intelligence outweigh the disadvantages.
Discussion
According to Tan (2019), AI generally helps in reducing human error and further helps in
taking proper decisions from the previously gathered information by applying proper set of
algorithms. It is found that a number of risky limitations of humans are generally overcome by
developing AI Robot for doing some of the risky operations for exploring the deepest parts of
oceans as well as for mining coal as well as oil. It is stated by Haibe-Kains et al. (2020). that AI
ecosystem is considered as one of the ways that helps in avoiding entrenching errors but further
helps in improving institutional functions quite effectively. The government have become much
more aware about the requirement of technical experts for addressing the challenges that AI
bring. Furthermore, AI can generally make machines work 24X7 without undertaking any types
of breaks and thus does not waste time.
It is opined by Prevedello et al. (2019) that some of the highly advanced organizations
generally utilizes digital assistants for properly interacting with the users that generally saves the
need for various human resources. The digital assistants are mainly used inn some of the website
for providing things that the users generally want. Furthermore, by using AI technology, one can
be able to take proper decisions faster than a human for carrying out different types of decisions

quite quicker. According to Horowitz (2018), daily applications including Apple’s Siri as well as
Window’s Cortana for properly searching a location as well as for taking selfies as well as for
making a number of phone calls. Additionally, AI generally empowers a number of inventions in
number of domains that will further help the humans the solving a number of complex issues.
On the other hand, it is found that the hardware as well as software requirements needs
to be properly updated with time for meeting the recent requirements and is further found to be
expensive. In addition to this, it causes unemployment as all the work that is performed by
humans can be done with the help of machines (Nadimpalli, 2017). Moreover, more use of AI
has made humans dependent on machines like Siri. It is identified that with so much of
assistance from machines, if human do not use their abilities then these abilities can decrease
which can later create problems (Pullum et al., 2018).
Conclusion
Thus, it is found that the opportunities that are provided by AI must obscure the risks
which the technology generally brings. It is found that the technologies that powers previous
industrial revolution generally brought a number of challenges however the long-term effects of
the transformation are identified to be beneficial. It is found that there is no reason that helps in
expecting the effects of AI and that further helps in encouraging innovation.
