My own contribution to the group coursework – Microsoft Project
Grade:
Strengths and weaknesses: After working in a group i came to know i have got a
number of strength. One of the key strength is that i have always been confident and
positive regarding my aims and my target. Along with these, i am a good decision
maker, due to which i can make right and quick decisions. Moreover, i have ability to
motivate others and do team work (Cox and Bobrowski 2016). I am also a
responsible person, when i make a target; I work day and night to achieve my goal.
My weakness i that i cannot take much pressure. Sometimes, when there is lot of
pressure regarding work or any kind I falter. But, I have the ability to withstand the
pressure and accomplish the task on time.
a) My peers’ contribution to the groups coursework:
Name 1:Ashoke – NETWORK DIAGRAM AND CONCLUSION
Grade:
Strengths and weaknesses: 2 strengths and 1 weakness
I have worked with Ashoke and one of the strengths that Ashoke possess is that he
is very creative and when some creative work is to be done he is the one who is
doing the job in the group. Strength of Ashoke during working in a group is that he
has good communication and listening skills (Idowu 2017). During a group work he
has carefully listens to everyone and then comments on the subject of the group
work. It is very important t have someone like Ashoke in the group.
However, Ashoke has a very bad weakness that is he is very impatient and cannot
do a single work by sitting at one place. He has to get up ten times when doing a
single work and for this he misses his deadlines of work and the group has to suffer
for this.
Name 2:Eyasudeen – Work Breakdown structure
Grade:
Strengths and weaknesses: Eyasudeen is a very sincere member of the group and
working with him is exciting. The strength of Eyasedeen is that he is very skilful and
has knowledge of everything and about 50% of the group work is planned by him

and he is very honest about his work and maintains his work ethics while doing any
kind of work. This is the best part about him and very serious about his work too.
However, the weakness that Eyasudeen has makes his strengths hide (Di Blas et al
2017). The weakness is that he is much disorganized. He does all the work, plans
everything but he does the work is a disorganized manner and this is why sometimes
all his work go to vain.
Name 3:Arshak - introduction
Grade:
Strengths and weaknesses: The strengths that Arshak possess are that he has good
writing skills. Maximum of the assignments that are done in the group are written by
him as he has good sense of grammar and language. Yet another strength of Arshak
is that he is very hardworking and finishes his task before deadlines no matter how
much hard it is for him to finish it (Lopez, Pedrotti and Snyder 2018).
The weaknesses of Arshak is that he does not communicate much with the people in
the group and so it becomes difficult for the other team members to know what he is
doing. Another weakness is that sometimes he takes a lot of risk which is not
required.
b) Challenges faced and solutions found: I planned a meeting in order to plan
about the tasks that are to be done in groups. I messaged everyone the date and
the time for the meeting but on the day none of them turned. I took the initiative
and note down the date and time when the other members will be available for
the meeting and then fixed a meeting (Meyers et al 2015). This time everyone
turned up for the meeting and the task was planned in the meeting. The main
challenge is that they have other works and they get busy in that and we don’t
have good communications so it is the main challenge faced.
The solution is that i have talk with them individually for the meetings and make them
communicate with each other so that there are no miscommunications and they
know the task that they are doing in the group. So, it will eliminate the challenge of
miscommunication.
