uncertainty based on measurement. Acceptable form of measurement data would mean that
uncertainty would be managed based on practical purpose.

could be made based on the help of maintaining records. These records should be submitted to

considered as effective based on the proper managing of quality and technical aspects in relation
with the project (Too & Weaver, 2014). The status of the project could be considered as
complete based on determining whether the project is complete.
