It then assesses project progress and uses Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to forecast project completion. Part B presents a reflective essay, discussing the challenges faced in the project management process. The report examines the interrelation of project parameters, analyzes potential risks, develops budgets, and assesses progress against the plan, culminating in recommendations for project success and providing insights into the practical application of project management methodologies.
