INTRODUCTION
The concept of Project management is regarded as one time efforts which leads to
achievement of particular target. This is comprised of development of project plan. Along witgh

required particular blood group. After this the time of registering would not be seen. This would
assist in making instant decision by the hospital. Thus satisfaction can be provided to the
individuals who are in need of blood on emergency basis. It is considered as ongoing activity
that includes several managerial aspects that involves planning, organizing management of
resources, controlling and others. In the present project management the aim is towards project
schedule designing, scope, determination of need for resources, estimation of cost, time, risk
mitigation, management of quality approaches for development of new application.

Goal and mission: The major aim beside development of the new application is towards making
sure the fulfillment of the emergency need of blood. This is effective in satisfying the needs of
the target market to a greater extent.
