Project management is the process of planning or organizing an activity for some specific
purpose. Organization using some set of resources, tools & techniques to accomplish the project
aim as well. Every task consists some basic level of activities like planning, initiation, execution,
monitoring and closing the project. Present project is based on “Bucks students Union Music
Festival”. In order to complete this task. Researcher will be using project management
techniques, critical path network etc. Assignment will also outline the project management
methodologies out of which recommend one for the present task. Also study will analysis the
stakeholder matrix to evaluate the internal or external stakeholder and their interest or power on
project.

individuals and interaction over processes and tools and also working software over
comprehensive documentation and constant change over plans. Along with the things which
makes the process more effectively prepared and make the things more understandable. Agile
Project management is an iterative and incremental approach to delivering requirement
throughout the project life cycle (Chung, and Crawford, 2016).

This methodology waste fewer resources as compare to other methodologies.
