mangers so stakeholder management were helping to resolve these kinds of problems. During
that time means during the construction time there were so many modification and changes has
been seen in the group or in the person. Those changes like behaviour changes ,
unconsciousness, psychological forces, that were occur among the units, groups and any
individuals (Kerzner, H., 2019). Those dynamics are trustiness and spacing, disposition to
accurate mistakes. For building team dynamics they were analysing their teams, and they were so
aware and handling all the problems and give them to a proper responsibilities so that can not
create any barriers among them and the workers or employees were not felt that this action is
partial or biased. During this projects there were more issues and problems were facing by the
them like communication barrier, cross cultural and many more because most of the workers
were from different religion and nation so they have different rituals and culture so these thing

were so challenging for them but the project mangers were identifying all the problems and
successfully create and complete the project of Burj Khalifa. Stakeholders management is
necessary in building team involvement and and retain goodwill and name of the building. The
only was was to set the highest name of the building in the history of Dubai. But that was not
easier task to build up with quick and reliable involvement. They need to maintain their labour
relations, investors ideas and though and consider them to result them into practical aspect.
Ignorance of investors plan could lead to elimination of their funds and the building was in
serious need of financial boosting to be it that large (Kerzner, H., 2017).

three years and a fixed amount of cost but by analysing and researching the market. The fact has

heights. Due to this labours get lack or their pay and stakeholders from their return because of
extra cost consumed in its height and interior. Therefore, irrespective of the fact that these
constraints have taken much time to get success but results in unexpected response of viewer
and people. As per this review, the project would should get complete on specified time as time
value everything into the world and creates pools for its attention. Also, any project must get
started by analysing and identify the actual market competition which is looking for to setup a
new aspect with the aim to make it unique. Plans must be prepare, strategies must be set and

organising the resources are the foremost functions before taking any decision. Also it must gets
authorized my people opinion so that changes could be make at first place and success could be
