development of chain and provide franchise to the other so that we can step foot in the
international market and do our business in foreign land. The targeted customers will be mainly
young generation and also the office goers. The above objective will be termed as the short term
objective. The ambience is one of the key part and also needs to fulfilled the targeted customers.

This kind of business includes managers, floor managers, accountant, chefs and the
waiters who will also the part of service department. As per the quality is being concerned the
project deliverables is being conducted. As the recruitment is being concerned the manager will

bookkeeping concerned LIFO method will be used in case of calculating inventory and the
double entry system will be used for accounting. This will be take care by the accountant (Hazır
