INTRODUCTION
Project management can be define as a process of managing all activities of a

leading company which is dealing in health care sector. In this report different
dimensions of a project is identify as well as its delivery process. It consist of project life
cycle as well as its timeline of critical stages. Apart from this a proper project plan is
developed with well defined roles and responsibilities. This report includes estimation of
project timeline as well as critical path analysis.
