the real application fields. In order to bring drinking water and wastewater services together for
34 local authorities in the year of 2013 Irish water semi state company was set up in Ireland.

due to lack of water meter the government of Ireland was failed to identify the amount of eater
that is being consumer by each household.
Ireland country is focused on establishing advanced water management system through
which water will be installed in approximately 1.05 million households. Ireland government will
be able to monitor and track the water consumption level with the help of this water management
system. Customer specification requirements documentation is prepared in this paper to enlist the
demand and expectation of the local people of Ireland. Before initiating the project, a detail
activity list is prepared that has to be followed by the team members and others as well. A work
Breakdown Structure (WBS), stakeholder management matrix, communication plan, KPI metric
dashboard and integrated project management plan is also prepared in this report to roll out the
