Introduction
This project depicts the importance of using professional project management prcatices in
the real application fields. In order to bring drinking water and wastewater services together for
34 local authorities in the year of 2013 Irish water semi state company was set up in Ireland.
Ireland does not have any charges for the domestic water supply. The water supply was free and
due to lack of water meter the government of Ireland was failed to identify the amount of eater
that is being consumer by each household.
Ireland country is focused on establishing advanced water management system through
which water will be installed in approximately 1.05 million households. Ireland government will
be able to monitor and track the water consumption level with the help of this water management
system. Customer specification requirements documentation is prepared in this paper to enlist the
demand and expectation of the local people of Ireland. Before initiating the project, a detail
activity list is prepared that has to be followed by the team members and others as well. A work
Breakdown Structure (WBS), stakeholder management matrix, communication plan, KPI metric
dashboard and integrated project management plan is also prepared in this report to roll out the
domestic

It is essential for the supervisor and project associates to accomplish the all activities
successfully those are established at the project initiation phase. A customer requirement

Constraints For this project a triple project constrains is considered in terms
of time, budget and scope. The responsibility of the project leader and
the associates are to accomplish the project within the budget of 450
Million and timeline of June 2019 to December 2022. In Ireland no
measurement mechanism is present therefore, the government is failing
to measure the level of total water consuming by the households. Water

meter is installed for developing the water supply system and also a
software packages will be installed to track the complete the progress of
the project. Not only this but also for tracking and keeping the needful
data a call center is also setup by the leaders and team associates.
Assumptions After details analysis of the water management system project for Irish
Water it is assumed that, the project needs to be completed within the
timeline of 2 years and with a budget of 45 Million. In addition to this,
it is also assumed that with the help of a Geographic Information
System (GIS), the project owner would be able to track the entire
project activities throughout. In addition to this, a security system is also
required to be assumed before the initiation of the project.
