It can be seen that the total duration from PERT estimation is greater than actually
planned duration. Hence, under current circumstances, the project will not be delivered on time.
Answer to Q4
The most important project management challenges include meeting quality standards if
they are set too high or if there are major risks associated with the project. The project manager
needs to be aware of both the aspects in order ensure successful delivery of the project.
