INTRODUCTION
Project management is the process of running the project successfully and achieved the
desired goals in the future. Project management defines the many factors for organizing an
event. Basically, this report is for the students where the students get admission in a good
college with better facilities. This event is organized in the prospective of the students’
awareness about the admission. In this, as a project manager, the case study has to describe
which covers the assignment topic, which is relevant to the event. In this report, the project
manager will explain the risk, hierarchy, management etc. How to provide the initial step for
the organization for achieving the goal. There is a structure of the budgetary system for an
event. The event is going to be organized for the marketing of the college's infrastructure,
improving their weak zones etc. By this, the project manager can be helpful for getting the
information all about the college. Event is organized and what is the basic requirement for
organizing this event so this report covers the basic points (Ramesh, 2012).

BUDGETARY SYSTEM
This is the process of explaining the quantitative plan for the defined period of time is
known as the budgetary system. This includes the revenues, costs, expenses, assets,
liabilities etc. which describes the volumes and sales of the investments. There is a
discussion about the QA higher education (QAHE), who have completed their structure of
the colleges. The budgetary system is playing a very crucial role in the organization. By the
discussion of the budgetary system, the event can attract more students for admission in
the colleges. This system has two structures which are described in a different way. The two
different structure for this system, firstly there is the operational risk where an individual is
responsible for the strategy/task and secondly, an operational plan which includes the
summary of the income and expenditure budget in the system (Balijepally, 2012).

are the steps to take for the event so it conveys the message in the event. There are various

attractive towards the students?
EXECUTION:-In this message is to be delivering to the students, proper monitoring to the
event. This is the phase where the updates and follow up taking proper basis. There is the
proper meeting is going the event is organized in a proper manner or not, there are the
certain areas which provide the information of other colleges by which the organizer can
improve their strategy for awarding the students. There should be the proper follow-ups
should be taken from the students, who are interested in the admission in the college.
CONTROL:-In this part of the project management, there should be the proper monitoring
towards their work, staff, performance of the individuals because the event should be the
organized in an attractive way so the students can be more aware and the message is also
delivered to them. In this part, the organizer can do the implementation in the weak zones
of the event. There are the proper staff for managing the task of the event. This is very
helpful for the event organizer because monitoring and audit is a very necessary part of
breakdown structure. This is very helpful for organizing any event because the task is
