deliverable. This problem will be minimized by organizing this project. This project will help in
focusing on different factors including external and internal factors that create problems in the
project.
Scope description
The scope of the project is to implement change management in the project management.
A change management has been a process that helps in defining steps used for identifying and
modifying changes in the project. The scope pf this project include deliverables, objectives,
functions and several tasks to be done in the project. The project scope focuses on implementing
