Introduction
Changes in the organization working environment can be done by implementing the project
management technology for achieving the mission and goal of the enterprise. Continuous
improvement plan fosters the changes in the undergoing project so that the long term
sustainability can be achieved (Haron, and et.al., 2013). Managing the coordination and
aligning the business process with the long term goal of the firm can be effectively done by
using the project management schemes because it helps in highlighting the key areas of the
project such as communication administration system, risks administration system, quality
administration system, procurement administration system, project assimilation management
system, project time, cost, and scope management, and project human resource and
stakeholder management system (Haughey, 2014).

The aim of project is to highlights the prerequisites for integrating the project administration
and change management to increase the value of the organization.

Benefits of Assimilation between project administration and change controlling system
Integrated approach for accomplish the project goal and objectives helps in completing the
project successfully. Turnover and capabilities of the employees can be enhanced by
providing required training so that the quality of the deliverables can be improved (Hornstein,
2015). Long term sustainability of the project can be achieved by identifying the risks at an
early stage of the project and design the required mitigation policies. Risk management plan
involves the change management in the completion of the project management life cycle
program to get desired result. Forecasting of the return on investment required changes in the
project management schedule to meet the expectations of the project owner (Itegi, 2015).
Implementation of the change management policies is required so that impact of visualized
risks and complexities associated with the development program can be minimized to
enhance turnover and profit earned by the firm. Project can be achieved by establishing
change management program in the project management at current stage so that target state
of the project can be achieved.
Significance of Project:
Outcome of the project meets the requirement specification plan of the project owner by
implementing the change controlling policies in the undergoing project management cycle.
Assimilation of the changes helps in improving the monitoring and control program of the
project and reinforced sustainability of the project (Kumar and Bansal, 2010). It can be
optimized that controlling the project for change increases the value of the outcome because
it helps in satisfying the requirement, need, and expected outcome of the undertaken project.
Assimilation program is comprised of four phases which can be expressed as clear
specification project objectives for change program, planning for change, managing change,
and sustaining change. Change operation involves the active participation of the stakeholders
to accomplish the tasks within the given boundaries of time and cost with expected quality.
Change management program fosters the satisfaction of employees with their job, quality of
the end result, satisfied customers, managing risks, and accelerating turnover and profit

It can be concluded that Continuous improvement plan fosters the changes in the undergoing
