Scope Overview

The operating principles in project are set of rules and regulations those are to be
followed by the team members while completing project (Forte and Kloppenborg 2018).
Operating principles are in bound and out bound that the project team member will have while

This project will include relocating an insurance office to a suburb area nearby the
present office. The project is expected to be completed within 6 weeks and ensure that the staffs
and the customers of the company will not be disrupted. It is also expected that the project will
be complete within $100000 budget that is provided by the CEO of the company. The relocation
of the office will include

of the office will handle the establishments of the computer networks and telephones in the new
office.
Background
