There are many characteristics of a successful project which are as follows;
The scope of the project- it defines as what will be cover in the project and what will be
the outcome of the project
What resources they have to use to meet the criteria of the scope
Time would be the main characteristics of any successful project as they have to take care
of the fact that what tasks have to do and when they have to finish it (Lock, 2017).
Another characteristic would be how to overcome the risks, as behind every successful
project there are many risks which they have to tackle to recover the situation.

these are as follows;
