1. Management of IT Project
Project management tool is generally defined according to the features provided by them.
This tools are having the capability of providing help during the planning, organizing and
management of the resource tools along with the development of estimations regarding the
resources. The project management tool helps in the planning and delegation of the work all
together with the various folders, templets, tasks, subtasks and calendars. This tools also
helps in collaboration. There exists various forms of communication along with the emails.
The management tools are used for the purpose of assigning tasks, along with adding of
comments, organizing of the dashboards and also for proofing’s and approvals. A proper set
of tool is used for the purpose of providing support to the project managers and the project
management team. The tools can be designed specifically or regular productivity tool which
are to be adopted in order to continue with the work related to project management. Some of
the tools are usually associated with making the project managers work in an easy way
along with standardizing the work as well as the routine that the project manager is having.
Providing Leadership and Development
The project leader or the project manager is having the role of taking the entire responsibility related
to the successful planning along with making sure of the fact that the performance of the team is the
best. The development efforts is looked after by the team leader on a day to day basis which is
usually focused upon the efforts that a specific team is having long with the core focus of the team.
The project leader would be working with the team as well as with the stakeholders in order set the

Stakeholder management would be acting as a critical component of the project. By implementation of
the stakeholder management a process and control would be introduced which are to be planned by
following certain guidelines. First of all the stakeholders are to be identified properly and acknowledge
the stakeholders. This would be followed by the determination of the influence and the interest the
stakeholders are having which would be initially followed by the establishment of the communication
management plan and then influencing them and engaging them in the project.
Resolving dispute
Some major steps are to be followed in order to resolve the disputes in a project and this
mainly includes the following:
Exercising of powers: This is one of the major way to solve few disputes. This generally to
be followed where there exists high risk or danger. This type of dispute resolving technique
generally starts by issuing of a command in order to solve the conflicts.
Avoidance or withdraw: As stated in the The PMBOK Guide’s conflict management guidance
is having a section known as the “withdraw/avoid conflict management.” This type of
approach is generally to be implemented where better results would be obtained by
withdrawing so as to get prepared in a better way.
Compromise: This is also considered to be one of the most popular way of solving disputes
where each party gets their interest satisfied up to a certain degree when the compromise
process is successful.
Calling in the Sponsors: Asking for help from the project management professionals is very
important. In case when it is seen that solving the dispute is beyond capability then it is very
essential for ask for help.

Quality assurance generally refers to the way of preventing the mistakes and defects while doing a
project along with avoiding the problems whenever a solution or service is being provided. There
should exist a support team in order to the hosting needs any time day or night. The services should
be covered with ultimate guarantee. The quality is to be assured by automated or semi-automated
pass or fail tests. The validity of the links that are to be provided are also to be checked as the broken
links might cause terrible user experience. The quality assurance plan would be associated with
providing the confidence that the services which would be develop would be delivered in accordance
to the processes that has been established is also having the highest quality. The policies related to
the QA activities would also be defined along with the definition of the organizational structure and the
responsibility the QA team is having. The reviews and the audits which are necessary are also
identified. This plan is to be tailored by each project or task so as to fit some of eth specific activities.
1.2. Quality Assurance of Communication and Reporting Process
There is a need of creating a clear communication plan which would be acting as a vital part of the
project. This communication plan if prepared properly would be leading to the success of the project
and the mainly reason lying the making of this plan is for the purpose of looking into the fact that all
the resources are working for the objectives of the project. This communication plan would be helping
a lot in overcoming the hurdles in a planned and informed manner. The quality of the communication
is to be assured by including certain considerations. The planning of the communication management
would be including the determination of the best approach related to communication so as to
determine the mean of communication which would be effective while communicating with the
stakeholder.Management of the communication consists of the creation of an efficient and
effective communications for project stakeholders. Management of project information is
also involved in the project communication management plan which documents the creation,
collection, distribution, and disposition of project details. In order to check the quality the
communication there is a need of checking the project stakeholder requirements for each of
them along with which a schedule of the communication events, methods and releases are
to be made. Besides this there is a need of involving a matrix of the resource all the events

Every team member is responsible for making of improvements in the quality of the project which they
are doing along with maintain the timeliness, quality of the work and the level of service they are
responsible for providing. Some of the important factors which has t be carried out are listed below:
 Identification of the various improvement factors that are within the personal control of the
team member.
 Contributing towards the joint efforts so s to improve the delivery quality as it is the
responsibility that the team member should have by being a part of the team.
 Discussing about the various obstacles so as to quality with the management.
 Accepting of the various opportunities so as to improve the knowledge as well as the skills by
arranging training sessions, providing of new assessments and by accepting the
responsibilities of the team leadership.
Besides all this it is the responsibility of the team members to have a clear understanding of the
expectations related to job performance so as to carry out various responsibilities that they are
having.

The revised project of Integration of the services via online digital marketing by Videology
would be based on the integration of the services of the organization with the development
of the digital marketing. The change implication of the facilities would be implied for
developing the implication management. The implication of the new facilities for
management of the cloud security and big data analytics for the organization would be
based with the support and development of the SDLC process. The technology innovation
had been supported by the use of the proper development methodology.
The change in the project would be resulted due to the implication of the online digital
marketing of the services and integration of the processes via technology innovation of cloud
and big data options. The changes required in the resources include the modification of the
existing resources for developing smarter facilities. The implication of the technology
innovation would be assisted by the use of an external contractor, cloud vendor, and IT
engineer for working in the development of the changes. Some material resources include
construction materials, security tools, systems, and other procurement options.

2. Project Finalisation
2.1.Project Deliveries and Outcomes Achieved
The major aim of the project includes the hiring of the contractor so as to develop the new
infrastructure of the enterprise so as to work with the new client. Besides this the new
infrastructure is going to utilize the cloud environment in order to proceed with the future
operations. Once the deployment of the cloud infrastructure is done then all the data are
going to be transferred to the clouds for further usage. This cloud infrastructure would also
be used for the purpose of backing up of the data. The deployment of the big data is also
going to be done. Once all the deployments are completed it is necessary to implement the
security of the new infrastructure. Various security measures are to be adopted in order to
provide protection against various threats. Along with this the applications present in the
cloud is also to be secured so as to stop any kind of unwanted manipulation.

2.2.Ongoing maintenance and implementation plan
For the purpose of promoting the optimization and the improvement of the various cloud
computing operations it is very much essential to build the integrated operation management
mode. In the first place the business oriented objectives are to be placed followed by which a
construction of a perfect and mature IT operation service system is to be done. Various
automation tools and maintenance tools are to be used which would be helping a lot in
realizing the unified management capabilities so as to manage the resources along with the
statistics, monitoring, scheduling and management of the service and many more. An end to
end management capability is to be provided for the management of resources, statistics,
service management, scheduling, monitoring and many more which helps in obtaining an
efficient, convenient, intelligent, and unified and integration operation and maintenance
management for cloud data centre.
2.3.Project Team outcomes achieved
The final outcome of the tem is the deployment of the new system along with the
implementation of the various security features. The final infrastructure is developed by
taking assistance from the contractor so as to deploy the new cloud infrastructure. Once the
deployment is completed it is important to test the entire system which is also to be done by
the team and once the testing is completed the maintenance plan is developed so as to look
into the fact that the system is working in a proper way.
