project has to complete within six months (Cowen & Hodgson, 2015). The project scope is
represented in this project report. Also, this report constitutes the work break down structure
as well as the network diagram of coffee shop. To execute this project in a successful way,
the risks are necessary to identify throughout the entire project. Moreover, it needs to create a
budget analysis for this particular project so that the project can execute successfully. Here, in
the case project, project manager, finance manager play as stakeholder (Demirkesen &
Ozorhon, 2017). This report represents the overall planning process for constructing a coffee

time pass (Harrison & Lock, 2017). For execution of construction of coffee shop, other costs
are involved in the field of water as well as electricity.
Work break down structure
The work break down structure is one kind of structure that determines the whole
planning process of an entire project (Higdon, 2016). With the help of work break down
structure, the overall planning process is easy to understand and for that the project is easily
executed (Karten, 2016). The work break down structure constitutes the overall planning
process through step by step. This table follows the overall planning process by which the
project of construction of coffee shop will easily complete.

Running head: PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Here, the project will take six months for completion. The project scheduling states
the details diagram of project planning (Kerzner, 2017). With the help of project scheduling,
it shows how much time is taken to execute each step of the entire project. According to the
Gantt chart, the initiation phase will complete within 15days (Kerzner, 2018). For execution
of planning phase, the allocated time will be 43days and also for the designing and
establishing phase, the total time is required at 144days. Also, for testing phase, the total time
will require 31days as well as for closure phase it will take for 21days (Khodakarami & Abdi,
2014). Thus, it has been stated that to complete the overall project, the total time will require
at 180 days.
Project network diagram
The network diagram is one type of graphical representation that represents the
overall tasks as well as responsibilities and also it describes the workflow of the whole
project so that whole procedure of the project is clearly understood (Lock, 2016). The main
focus of the network diagram in the project management to describe the project in the way of
planning, organizing as well as controlling (Ma et al. 2014). This diagram is used in the
project management typo help the project manager as well as project team in the duration of
planning as well as organizing (Meredith, Mantel Jr & Shafer, 2017). The figure follows the
overall network diagram for this entire project.

Risk management plan
In the construction of coffee shop, various kinds of risks may happen due to lack of
market analysis as well as lack of concentration of project manager (Mir & Pinnington,
2014). Identification of risk in the project management is necessary so that the project will
run in a smooth way. The risk management plan constitutes the description of risk, chance of
occurrences, impact of risk on the project and also mitigation of risks (Schwindt &
Zimmermann, 2015). In some times, it has been seen that due to lack if identification of risk,
the project cannot execute in a proper way. This risk management plan also includes the risk
assessment matrix. Here, the table shows the following risk that may happen during the
execution of the project.
