Solving Organizational Communication Issues with Project Management

This report identifies communication problems within an organization and proposes three projects to address them: training for cultural differences, launching an intranet system, and changing communication infographics. The project of launching an intranet system is selected based on payback and IRR methods. A detailed scope statement and project charter are prepared, along with a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). The report estimates time and cost for the WBS, draws a project network diagram, schedules resources, determines the shortest project duration, and defines measures of progress using Earned Value Management, ultimately concluding that an intranet system offers the best solution.
