About Project

project that how much the project has completed. There are involvements of the stakeholder who
invest the money in the project so they check the progress report of the project.
Learning of project
The project has increased the knowledge of the project management that there should be proper
planning to build the project and the planning is done with the help of a project manager and
sometimes. They help to the project planner to plan the activities according to the construction.
There is also about the teamwork that the coordination of teamwork should be strong enough so
that the project gives the best outcomes. The project prepared by the teams should be good so that

Risk and Future recommendation
The project has faced some difficulties while doing the project that there was no meeting holding,
therefore, the communication is not proper among the team. The project needs to be done with
proper communication. There should not only one member should present for particular work
because if the person is facing a problem there is no one to guide for that problem and the person
will get frustrated because he is not able to do the project. Therefore there should be two to three
members for the particular field. The project was not achieved on deadline because of the project of
lack of employees of the particular field. There is an application which performs the construction

activities which identifies the report which has a basic structure of construction (O’Donovan,
G.2018 ) There was learning about the different charts like RACI chart which shows the
responsibility, accountability, consults and to inform. This all comes under the category of RACI.
There was Aon chart which shows the duration of each phase and sub-phases. The project goes for
the risk too. The is involvement of the risk which has to be taken in every project but there is some
uncertain risk and some are certain risk now there should proper risk management followed so that
the risk can be resolved. The risk management involves the identification of risk: the risk should be
identified that what type of risk is this and from where it is coming. Risk analysis: the risk should be
analysed so that the manager get the risk and find the solution from the previous record if this type
of risk was occurred or not. The solution to risk the risk should be resolved by the help of
experienced personnel from the project (Cha, 2018).

There was dissuasion about the project management of the construction site that how the project is
planned and how to deal with the risk which occurs in the project. There were about the stakeholder
