Approach
SMART Construction is a reliable construction company based in Sydney. They are known to provide high quality as well as luxury
construction buildings. SMART Construction recently signs a contract for erecting a building for APIC. The project is expected to complete
within 268 days. The building area will be 700 square meters and will have staff offices, administration and dean office. The basement will
include storage rooms, car parks, building facilities room. The ground level will have three meeting rooms, administration office and the reception
room. There will be staff rooms and dean room at the first level. The project manager of the project has engaged plumber, electrician, carpenter.
All these stakeholders will carry out the construction project. The resources that will be used in the project have also been defined in the resource
