The evaluation as well as selection process of HWE accessories is based on following
criteria such as:
 The proposals are required to accompany with the project related information as well

expertise as well as specialization of contractor.
 Financial evaluation of bid is to be performed in details out of price of contract.
 Financial status of the project contractor is playing a key role to determine the

Contract Management
Quality assurance surveillance plan: This plan is used to manage an assessment of
contractor performance by making sure that methodical control procedures are used to
validate that contractor’s quality control efforts are to be timely as well as efficient
(Christiansen, 2016). There is also delivering of results specified in contract.
Management plan: It is valuation tool to access set goals as well as help in creating a
detailed project plan to meet with the project goals of developing a website.

Vendor risk and relationship management
The contract agreement with outside third party will subject to the HWE accessories
lead to financial risks as well as business reputation effects like breach of the contract, fraud,
data losses, confidentiality breach and others. The risks which are associated with the vendor
relationships for HWE accessories lies on data to be controlled in such a way throughout the
contract period (Beale, 2017). Following are the measures which are considered for managing
the vendor risks:
a. Confidential as well as non-disclosure agreement is to be drafted as well as signed by
the parties.
b. Security policies like insurance is employed for taking care of industrial issues

Software escrow
By means of arranging of the software escrow agreement, the business is taking

for developing the business website (Novo, Landis, & Haley, 2017). The project tasks are
being tracked by monitoring the completion of each project tasks are on the schedule or not.
If the tasks as well as subtasks of the project are not proceeding the task on time, then
it should require to monitor the reasons behind it (Gan & Chin, 2019). Project management
software is required to manage the project tasks so that all the project processes are to be
maintained as well as controlled in a proper way.

scope, budget, and satisfaction level from the project team and customer satisfaction,
