1.1 The processes from PMBOK or Prince2 that you would use to assist with stakeholder

As per PRINCE 2, the main aspect that is considered is that proper defining of the job
roles of the stakeholders is to be performed. This will help the stakeholders to properly
understand the task that is to be performed (Hughes, Dwivedi & Rana 2017). Using tailored
management strategies for handling every other stakeholder. In this case the stakeholders are to
be provided with higher importance and hence wise managing them in a distinct manner will be
helpful. Understanding the expectation of the stakeholder and fulfilling the same.
1.2 The critical stakeholders for the event
The critical stakeholders that will be required for conducting the event are diversified in
internal and external section. The internal stakeholders are as follows: -
Event Director, Safety, Welfare, Volunteers, Production manager, Event Assistant,
Signage Sponsorship, Marketing manager and the project manager.Event Director: He or she will be playing the most important role in commencing the
project of Cricket World Cup. Event director will be responsible for sanctioning the project plan
that will be made by the project manager. The entire event will take place only after the approval
of the event director.Project manager: Project manager will be responsible for performing the planning
section. Project manager acts as a fulcrum of the entire project. Allocation of tasks as per the
ideology and skill set of the employees also acts as a prime role of project manager.Production manager: Production manager will be ensuring that the entire event of
cricket world cup 2022, gets managed in a proper manner and in case of any issues present in the
production process will be governed by him.Event Assistant: Even assistant will be assisting the project manager in executing the
entire project. Event assistant stakeholder will be helping the project manager in performing

better analysis of the situation as he or she will be performing data collection and data analysis.
This data analysis will be helping the project manager in proper decision making.Safety manager: Safety manager will be concerned with the evaluation of the safety of

the project. Safety manager will also be responsible for checking the safety related issues during
the matches and in case any injury happens to the players, safety manager will be responsible for
handling the situation.Signage sponsorship: Signage sponsorship is responsible for bringing in new sponsors
for execution of the event. In case proper sponsor signage is not performed execution of the
event will get difficult.Marketing manager: Marketing managers will be responsible for performing proper
marketing. Proper marketing will be responsible for spreading the event and make the same
public. This process will ensure that visibility of the event will be high which will again help in
increasing the revenue of the event.Volunteers: Volunteers will be performing their duties as per stated by the project
manager. This ensures that volunteers are responsible for better execution of the project.

the tickets. In this case is the cost of the tickets is higher than that is expected by the customers,
acceptance of the event will gradually decrease and hence wise affect the revenue collection of

Agile practices
The activities that are to be considered for performing Agile practices includes
performing short value based iteration and visual planning and taking follow ups. In the initial
