Critical path is a way that is needed for modeling projects in cases where most of the vital
factors are there in project. It merely highlights required timeline needed for project completion.
There are certain aspects which are required to be input in provided model like estimation of
time, dependencies on task, deliverable milestones and deadlines set by stakeholders (Kreis et
al., 2019). The mere foundation for critical path method is just a concept where an individual is
unable to start a task until and unless earlier one has been completed. At the time of stringing
these dependents tasks in together right from starting to finish, critical path will be achieved.
Critical path method of project is defined as the algorithm for resource utilization,
required for scheduling a collection of project activities. The important technique required for
using critical path is all about construction of model of given project. It includes a list of things
like list of tasks needed for completing the project (Mahdiraji et al., 2016). Dependencies in
between the given task. The last point is estimation of time duration for each of the activity will
require for completing. By using this information, an individual can calculate the critical path by
analyzing the longest stretch in between the dependent activities.

A constraint can be defined as something which imposes a huge number of boundaries on
the project activities. It merely put limits on what individual can do and how it is done. Triple
constraints of project management are cost, scope and time. In project management, time is a
constraint as it comes up with fixed deadlines or milestone that needs to be achieve within time
(Barbalho et al., 2017). Cost is another project constraint as organization limits the value of
money which is spend on activity. It will make the business sense to provide project managers
with an unlimited budget for achieving work. Costs are merely specified in the business case so
that constraint is documented there. The last constraint is scope as the work is completed for the
project which is stated as a defined goal.
Considering how the triple constraints model will impact the given project. An individual
need to identify three major aspects like scope, time and lastly cost. The point should be noted
that cost is about how it will cost to completing the project. On the contrary, a task is completely
associated with completing the project (Louters & Edoun, 2017). Time is all about allocating the
schedule designed for project completion. For many projects, there are many factors apart from
these. All these factors can have a huge impact on the direction in which the project takes place.
