I would like to inform you that according to our current requirements we are planning to
redesign and reconstruct the customer relationship management approach rather to evaluate the
customer service add. In this new age of technology it has been found that the increasing

application very much carefully for the business success. For choosing the best supporting
vendors it is mandatory to evaluate the success criteria that may be generated if the suitable
vendor is chosen by the company. I think that being and employees from the research and
development department of XYS technology services this is my responsibility to take most
effective initiatives to make efficient business level decisions.
According to the project specification the total additional budget and time that will be
needed for the add-on of the customer services are respectively $25,000 and 4 weeks (28days).
The global market of the CRM applications are currently being operate by the CRM software
vendors. This application has the ability to make commercial growth up to 2.1% that is
approximately $24.3 Million. However, license, subscription revenue and maintenance are the

are to be checked and analyzed accordingly by the project team members to make sure that
whether the vendors are to be adopted or not. In order to experience the omnichannel customer
experience the interactive intelligence boost, supportive ERP functionalities, market involvement
are also to be analyzed before accepting the vendor proposal. However, if it is defined that
vendor is failing to meet the CRM related objectives then the proposal from the vendor will be
rejected immediately to avoid operational as well as financial loss. Apart from this, security is an
important thing which responsibility should also be adopted by the vendors in addition with the
replacement of the legacy system as the success is partly dependent on the competitive upgrades
and replacements. Whether the vendors are capable to adopt the market share changes or not
must be analyzed by the vendors. Comprehensive branch and operational profitability are the
informative details must be functionally activated by the vendors.

budget and schedule according to the project complexity. If the complexity is defined to the high
