PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Review of the project management plan
The project is developed for the management of cultural diversity in the global market
place and enable competitive advantage for the business. The human resources needed for the
management of the business process is needed to be managed and they should be encouraged
for actively involving in the current business for enabling cross culture communication and
eliminate the communication barrier for improving the current performance in the business.
An initial planning is needed to be made for the scheduling the activity and develop the
project and developing the final campaign planning (Liu, Meng & Fellows, 2015).
Information about religion, economy, gender and work ethics is needed to be contrasted and
compared for eliminating the cultural diversity and performance of the organization. The
information needed for development of the project is needed to be gathered along with the
cost needed for the completion of the project. An estimation should be made for the time
needed for the completion of each of the activity and the key performance indicator and the
cost performance index should be analysed for the identification of root cause of the cost
overrun and suggest a suitable technique that can help in eliminating the problem (Binder,
2016). It is the responsibility of the project manager and the team members for monitoring
the progress of the project and distribute the knowledge about the project progress and the
requirement to the team members such that the communication gap between the team
members are reduced. The GP plan is needed to be updated for completing the project on
time and identify the threats associated with the project development.
