helps in improving the process that is needed for developing project successfully. in addition to

It is important to ensure that every project manager has the above mentioned traits so that it

in the recent few years. In order to successfully execute an ERP implementation it is important to

scheduling, managing the resources and defining the start and end time of the implementation
process. The project has been developed after successfully identifying the scope, budget and
schedule effectively. For successful execution of a project it is important to ensure that proper
components are executed within the project. ERP implementation project are carried out with the
use of agile project management methodology. While observing the way ERP implementation
project takes place it has been observed that there is a need to migrate the data successfully so
that it becomes easy to organize the business performance. The main benefits of ERP
implementation is to provide better visibility towards the core business process and also ensures
that optimized business performance are offered. With the help of this project I have gained huge
knowledge about the process of project devolvement. For successfully execution of a project it is
important to ensure that every phase is executed successfully. The major advantage that is
offered with the ERP implementation project is that it helps in achieving the business
performance with enhanced features. The different components associated with ERP
implementation are described within the project. Hence I can state that with the help of proper
project management knowledge it becomes easy to execute the implementation project
