INTRODUCTION
A successful project undertake different and collective efforts of all departments that are
exists in an organisation. Employee's perform an essential role in a business as they manage and
complete organisational functions and operations in an organised manner. Along with this by
performing all project task with coordinate approach an organisation and its management
formulate competitive edge in market (Engelbrecht, Johnston and Hooper, 2017). Employees
management is required by business to attain success in market by performing all roles according
to company objectives and goals. So by promoting equality and diversity at workplace skills and
capabilities of organisation is improved. This report is written from perspective of Captify which
operate their business in search intelligence. The organisation was founded in the year 2011 and
it unlock the market conditions . Moreover, this report highlights on project management plan,
research methodology, aim and objectives of organisation. In the last, performance review
template is also developed to analyse challenges related with research.

P1) Aim and objective
With the analysis of equality perspective among employee's within workplace
management is able to improve the work tendency and ability of organisation in order to perform
organisation task in an accurate manner. With analysing the support of various activities related
with employee's equality such as to provide similar opportunity leads organisation to generate
effective interaction among employee's. Along with this there are different problems are faced by
management related with organisation perspective as it helps to induce implementation of
organised activities to accomplish better success of organisation in a competitive market. Along
with this equality and diversity at the workplace also modify according to the working prospect
of organisation (Enkel and et. al., 2018). This also consider that by equality aspect equal and
similar opportunity are provided to all engaged workforce. Moreover, it is also used to measure
the performance of all employee's as it helps in improving skills of all employee's which also
boost career performance of individuals. The main motive to improve workforce capabilities is to

From the perspective of Kate McFarlin, 2019, globalisation is more relevant for the
organisation as it leads company to deal with the cultural diversity in workforce. With the
increase in cultural diversity aspects an organisation also generate different benefits because
company faced new and different insights that generate problems for organisational culture as it
is related with marketing point of management. Along with this the impact of globalisation
among workplace realised the company perspective as it is used for learning and emerging
different policies that make guidelines for employee's in order to adopt essential changes
(Fernando and et. al., 2018). With increase in cultural diversity globalisation is more prevalent as
it is related with workforce. Moreover, by implement of small and large business organisation is
able to adopt policies and guidelines related with company workers.
Recruitment and selection of employee's
From the point view of S Chaturvedi, 2014 recruitment is defined as a process in which
potential and capable candidates are searched by the manager for completing organisational work
in an organised manner. This also refers that with providing information to all employee's related

longer period. On the other side, selection is known as a process that helps to shortlist capable
candidates through providing them job in organisation. Along with this by focusing on the
process of recruitment and selection management is able to recruit capable candidates by

Importance of equality and diverseness among employee's at workplace
From the perspective of Sophia Lee, 2018 equality generate the concept of equality
among the mind of individuals. The diversity perspective undertake various aspects such as age,
race, religion and cultural background of workforce. With analysis of all equality related
perspective it is easy to reduce and fit among employee's (Heikkilä and et. al., 2014). This also
determine by generating awareness about equality features individuals from different
backgrounds develop fairness and diversity to complete their work with right skills. Along with
this by analysing employee's capabilities it is also easy to execute appropriate strategy for

Project management plan are known as the document that are written for completing
project in an organised manner. An appropriate project management plan include all essential
factor which are required to perform and execute projects in an accurate manner. Moreover. The
main function of project management plan is to control, execute, plan and monitor all essential
activities which are required to formulate essential changes in a business. Some essential
elements of project management plan are mention as below: Cost- The term cost is recognise as a prior aspect in which researcher generate or
estimate an adequate amount for completing the research within a specified period of
time. Cost not only leads organisation to attain goals in estimated budget but this also
helps researcher and other team members to purchase the required resources which is
used to complete the research in a easy manner (Kerzner, 2018). Moreover, the estimated
budget for this research is £ 400 which is used in transportation, printing papers etc. it
also leads researcher to control the cost of project.

generating better results and outcomes from research through utilising information as per
quality perspective. Along with this by analysing company operations and functions
researcher are also able to generate better and collective output from the research. It
results profitability and productivity both are improved by engaging quality perspective
in research. Communication- This is defined as a process by which researcher generate effective
interaction with respondents and other team members of project. It also define
communication make better information among candidates for generating better
coordination between all individuals. Further, mobile-phone, internet, emails etc. are
some of the effective source of communication. Risk- The term risk is defined as the ability of research and it define potential gain that
are attained for complete of project. This is important for researcher to ensure
perspective which reduces the complexity of project. Moreover, it is also important for
researcher to reduce complexity that helps researcher for making appropriate outcomes
through minimize risk aspect such as use of primary information instead of secondary
information (Petro and Gardiner, 2015).

P3) Gantt chart and WBS
Gantt chart- The term Gantt chart is defined as a series of activities that develops
different series of activities through formulating horizontal lines. Gantt chart is develop with the
motive of identifying actual time period that relates with project activities. Moreover, Gantt chart
also helps persons to perform their task according to the planning and scheduling of project
(Polonsky and Waller, 2018). It leads business to manage and complete their task by managing
dependency of all task. In the last, Gantt chart also allow planner for assessing the duration of
project, identify of resources and deciding layout of organisation to perform their task in an

It is known as the systematic process under which researcher select information from a
number of adequate population. This also helps researcher for managing and performing work as

prospect of equality. In this different challenges also get generated as per the dependence of
equality and diverseness thus in this company has worked on to reduce the level of complexities
so that completion of goals and objectives become more easier and comfort. The medium level
company has faced different consequences and to gain more profit and sales it is essential that
they have implies different set of skills and abilities due to which moderate level of changes are

utilisation of project execution plan and in this I have tries to resolve different tendency of work
projection and it is processed with the support of different constraints such as cost, time, quality,
resources, risk, communication, scope and deliverables. In this the communication and
interpretation skills of mine helps to make modifies changes as per the suitability of working and
in this comfortable modification is implies in efficient mode. I have tries to gain certain
modifications so that satisfactory result is developed and along with this the usage of WBS and
Gantt chart promotes the efficient working. In this the ability and capabilities of mine to develop
creditable changes is affected by which all the redundancy is resolved with more flawlessness. I
have also designed a questionnaire as it helps to make relative judgements and in this I have
easily gain supportive information with better usefulness. Furthermore there are some issues as
well that is generated while managing the working on time as there are different task that is
required to accomplish but on the same hand it is harder to complete that on time. Thus I have
worked on to development of soft skills and also uses academic skills by which productive
ending is resulted on within certain instance.
CONCLUSION
As from the above report it is concluded that business growth and development is
completely dependent on the different kind of strategies and initiative that is applied so as to
attain all its objectives within timely basis. In this the company also used to monitor and
understand the skills that is relative to the management and implementation of different issues
that is based on the understanding of employee's aspect as in terms of equality and diversity. In
addition to this there is few challenges and issues that is developed as per the completion of
project and it is more required to get understand in timely basis so that moderate level of changes
and modification conceived with the usage of project management plan.

What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
This project is related with the aim “To monitor and understand different skills that are related
with manage and implement of employee's for understanding issue related with equality and
diversity of employee's.” A case study on Captify.
Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken?
Yes, the project has been successes within the perfection and in this all the respondents task
and activities has been completed within stipulated period of time. In addition the evaluation
and assessment of project is processed with the parallel usage of questionnaire and sampling
method as it helps to gain more knowledge and better information so that research is
completed with better suitability. The project is also being completed within the estimated cost
and budget so that working possibilities are increases and it assist smooth completion.
What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project?
For me all the things that is associated with the research is processed with more wellness but
as in parallel more complications has arrived due to which probability of effectiveness get
varies. In this I have maintain constrained focus and concern about the interpretation and
investigation skills of mine through which I have make effective utilisation of resources and in
support of it all the different regulations are processed in efficient manner. These are the skills
that aid to accomplish the research project with more perfection as it helps me to make suitable
judgements so that rate of desirable outcomes is getting completed in timely constrained.
What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
There are few problems that are emerged during the completion of project such as while
interacting with the employee's at the time of data collection as it is not mandatory that
respondents nature and behaviour become constant as will get changes as per the consequences
of task. In this I have tried to work more ethically and supportively so that adequate level of
balance is attained. I have also resolves and identifies these issues with the usage of Gantt
chart and WBS as it helps to scheduling the project process so that I am able to keep an eye all
all the activities thus probable ending is developed.
