• This presentation is going to show importance of developing project management plan that
shows estimated budget and all expenses, time, scope of conducting research. Further it will
also show all steps of research methodologies and data collection that helps researcher to
make the research successful. Lastly it will show the ways of getting information’s like
questionnaires by which researcher will collect relevant information’s.

resources.
It includes resources that can be used in conducting research, estimated time, cost, importance of quality
and risk that can occur while conducting research. It is just an outline and a plan for further steps of
research.
Cost: Cost is an important element of this project management plan. It helps researcher in getting a
estimation of all expenses. For conducting this research, researcher has estimated £ 30,000 cost.

25 days.
• Quality: Maintaining a quality and developing a qualitative research shows readers that researcher has a

Research methodologies: There are several elements are involved in research methodologies which are as

Research types: Qualitative and quantitative are 2 types of research. For this research, researcher will use
qualitative type of research and for this it conduct questionnaires. It is all related to quality and human
behaviour. Whereas, quantitative data collected in the form of numbers.
Research approaches: Inductive and deductive are 2 approaches of research whose selection is mainly rely on
the research type. As it is stated that researcher uses qualitative type, so he/she will use inductive research
approach that is called a brand new theory.

second hand. For making the research successful and authenticate, researcher uses both type from books &
journals, internet and observations.
• Sampling: Probabilistic and non-probabilistic are main 2 types of sampling. By selecting the best way,
researcher can get appropriated and authenticate data. For this, researcher take 20 employees of Selco
Builders Warehouse as a sample with using random sampling.
• Data analysis: Qualitative and quantitative types and relevant tools of these are being used for data
analysis. For making all collected data accurate, data analysis tools are used. For this research project,
scholar uses qualitative data analysis tool.
