of the dog in the system. This project includes the stakeholder register as well as stakeholder
management strategy who are included in completing the project. This project also includes team
contract that states the contract of team members in project. There is SDLC model that is to be
included in the project and proper identification of the SDLC model is chosen for completing the
project. There is a work breakdown structure that states all activities that are needed for
completing the project. There is a critical path method for completing this project and the total
time that is taken to complete the project. The organization that is included for this project is the
Dog Save. This is an oldest welfare organization and relies of the donations as well as gifts

9PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The six SDLC model that can be used for developing a project are waterfall model, v-
shaped model, iterative model, spiral model, big bang model, and agile model (Alshamrani and
Bahattab 2015). The SDLC method helps to mitigate the challenges that are included in a
project. The best model that is suggested for developing the application system for Dog Save is
agile model.
The agile method breaks the process in to many cycles. This model helps to deliver the
project quickly and this approach is very realistic in the process of developing the web based
application software for the company. The agile model produces release of the project that is
ongoing and includes the project with small as well as incremental changes that comes from the
previous release. After all the iteration in the system, the product gets tested (Gupta, Ahlawat and
Sagar 2017). The agile model includes iteration that mostly emphasize on that. In the agile
methodology, the developers, the testers, as well as customers work together for completing the
project successfully. Since, developing the new web-based system for the Dog Save includes
many activities that are to be carried out and tested in iteration, agile method is the best method
for carrying out the project.
This model depends on the feedback from the customer, customers provide feedback for
the system that is being tested and this would increase the efficiency of the application (Rastogi
2015). The phases of the SDLC method that is considered for developing the new application
system is the planning phase, system analysis and requirement phase, System design and
development phase, Implementation and testing phase, and the last phase that is included is the
project maintenance phase (Ali 2017). All these phases are included for developing the system.
