INTRODUCTION
This report help in understanding about importance of making changes in organisation
functioning and working during COVID-19 pandemic and what impact does it have on
organisation productivity and profitability. Healthy and safe environment in organisation helps in
motivating employees and assists organisation in boosting their profits. It is important for
organisation to provide environment where employees can feel safe and work without any fear.
This report includes information about Bedford Town Services and helps in understanding
opinion of employees regarding changes which should be implemented by organisation to keep
their employee safe from virus transmission. This report help in understanding that how such
practices could affect employees morale and confidence.
MAIN BODY
Reasons
This section of report focuses on Bedford Town Centre and focuses on its mission and
objectives of providing housing facilities to people of local communities and providing support
to people sample latest which doesn't have place to live or stay. Bedford Town services includes
hostel for individuals which are young and belongs to age group of 16 to 25 and they also
provide shelter of mothers which also belongs to age group of 16 to 25. This report helps in
understanding about need of changes in practices of employees due to COVID-19 pandemic
which includes social distancing, screening of employees etc. In current scenario, employees
have started to operate back from their offices and this raised an urge for organisation to
implement practices which are healthy and safe for employees. Employees are scared and
hesitated going back to offices as employees are concern about spread of virus and in order to
overcome their fear organisation have to focus on implementing and adopting healthy practices.
This report focuses on Bedford Housing Association which is working towards providing
effective structure for organisation which can help in effective transition of employees returning
to offices. This report focuses on building and implementing structure which is healthy for
employees and which can help organisation in boosting their morale and confidence of

Employees of Bedford Housing Association have experienced various issue which
includes their health and increase in stress levels and employees which have faced various
uncertainty during pandemic have made impact on mental and physical health of employees.
Various employees have provided their feedback regarding effect on mental health as member of
consumer team have provided her feedback that she was struggling with issue of lack of
motivation and her job role includes interaction with consumer who are visiting to office but due
to pandemic now she have to interact with consumers by the help of email and phone calls. She
also started to feel lonely as she live alone in her apartment. For resolving such issues Bedford
Association have to ensure smooth transition structure for employees.
Business Options
This section of report focuses on understanding about various options of business which
can help in implementing effective structure. Importance and value of any business options can
be understood by the help of Weighed Score-Card Model. Such model is utilized to set priorities
strategic approaches which is taken by organisation on the basis of numerical analysis and this
model is also considered effective in prioritizing objectives by different department of
organisation. This model is also used for effective managing product portfolio and focuses on
adopting correct tools for its products and focuses on profits and expenses.
Different stages of this model is mentioned below:
During initial stage of various characteristics and other initiative are taken by
organisation under their consideration. In very next stage initiatives are rated on basis of profits
and expenses incurred during initiatives. In third stage, every individual focuses on rating every
initiative taken by organisation and scores of every initiatives are calculated and on basis of such
scores effectiveness and efficiency of initiatives are determined. This process also includes
various criteria which are taken into consideration and also used to understand initiatives for
competition.
Main focus on this report is to develop an effective structure which could help in smooth

with various methods such as email, memos etc.

safety of employees. Some employees might be looking forward to returning to their offices but
it is important to take safety measures for safety of its employees. Organisation have to take
measures such as screening of employees during their entrance and encouraging employees to
maintain social distancing, checking their body temperature etc.

protective equipments to employees for their safety and to tackle mental health issues
