activities these activities supports organisation to attract their customers Besides that, I have
also learned that while gathering the data through questionnaires response of some customers are
very rudely because they are not showing any interest towards giving any infromation and
reviews about products ans service. I have to understand more activities which can be
implemented by the organisation. With the help of CSR activities, the company can also make
strong position in market and beat their competitors. There are also two methods from which the
investigator can collect appropriate information. From my view point, qualitative method is
good because when the data is not collected in numerical form then it is simple method. With the
help of qualitative method, the company can properly analyse data in an appropriate manner. I
came to know about that my knowledge has been increased that how CSR activity can be
implemented by the organisation in different ways. As Ensono company belong to the IT sector
so it is essential for them to conduct CSR programmes to attract different customers. While
providing any services to customers, it is the responsibility of organisation to take regular
feedback from them so that the company can take appropriate actions for retaining them for
longer period of time.

specific topic using different sources like online mode, personnel sources, environmental sources
etc. basically it is learning outcome for constructing knowledge and skills for the definite
purpose. The best part of research study for the employees is that , it is a reputed profession. It
