that may arise from them to recommend positive change and development within the
organisation
Objectives:

 To identifying factors that impacting on operations of “www.myfabrics.com's”.
 To evaluate current practices and development to “www.myfabrics.com's” with other
agencies.
 To propose ways and recommend aspect to increase level of effectiveness of
“www.myfabrics.com's” with including CSR policy.
Background
In order to deal in different areas of the world, there are several operations and functions
considered. With this consideration, businesses face several issues from which ethical is main
problem that arise and increases problems as well. Therefore, present study consider study on
“www.myfabrics.com's” which operate in global level. Ethical issues are also identified to
recommend positive change and development in it. With this regard, international businesses
involve employment practices, human rights, environmental norms, moral obligations, etc.
