PMI has established and circulated an ethical code and Professional Conduct that outlines
the expectations of PM experts. The aim of this Ethical codes and Professional Conduct is to
introduce assurance in the PM profession and to support a separate become a better consultant.
The Code concentrates on some areas such as respect, responsibility, honesty and fairness
(Anderson, 2015). This ethical code plays a vital role in project management. This code rises the
trust and belief that others bestow. With the help of the ethical code, the project team can uphold
reasonable decision making. This professional conduct and ethics can decrease stress and anxiety
and finally, revenue in projects.
Project management accountabilities include the completion and coordination of projects
on time within scope and budget. Each project executive's primary professional responsibilities is
to satisfy their customer. Customer fulfilment is a very significant factor on which every
business should concentrate to create a good market position and develop commercial incomes.
A project is only an achievement if the client is happy (Müller & Bredillet, 2014). One of the
significant accountabilities of every project executive is to reduce indecision, avoid any
embarrassing revelations and involve their customers in the project as much as is practically
possible. Successful project executives know how to keep active communication and keep the
business's customers up-to-date.

There are five approaches in conflict resolution such as competing, accommodating,
avoiding, collaborating and compromising. In this report, the writer is describing the "avoiding"
approaches. Business executives who do not wish to grip conflict are expecting to avoid it. This
method terminates the executive's concerns and those of another separate, parting the conflict
unanswered. Occasionally this method is beneficial when difficulties should be located at
another time or if an intimidating conditional surfaces (Halperin, 2014). Overuse of this method
and difficulties will continue to increase, possibly exploding or at least thwarting authentic
communication. Research state that there are some reasons why this approach s taken. The
reasons is that

Conflict addressing process is very much vital for every workplace. Avoiding should be
highest when the concern is insignificant or if someone else is in a better standard to decide it.
The person can follow some steps to address this "avoiding" approach of conflict resolution.
Initially, a person can be forming an outline for proper decision making, using a circulated
delegation of a specialist statement. They also inspiring sound commercial practices in team
building, collaboration, leadership development, and talent supervision will all support to address
