Introduction
I am Perala Ravi Teja, and I am 24 years old. I belong from Telangana, India. My graduation
completed in the year 2015 in Bachelor of Technology stream (Mechanical Engineering) with
57.6%, 12th was completed in the year 2011 from SR Junior College for boys with 84.5% and the
matrix was completed in the year 2009 from Oxford High School with 87.6%. My technical and
soft skills are mechanical drafting, Autodesk AUTOCAD software, business communications
skills, presentation skills, design thinking and behavioural skills. I also took part in many college
festivals as a coordinator of the programs, and I was also the pupil’s leader at school. I am
comfortable in speaking my mother tongue Telugu and Hindi, and I am also fluent in global
language English. I got the experience of how to manage crowds and groups from coordinating
many college festivals. I am extremely confident and enthusiastic person. I always try to find
appropriate solution that can convert my challenges into opportunity. I believe that only and only
by having positive attitude might not complete the task, but positive attitude will give you the
ability to deal with the work pressure, time management, dealing with people, threats in the
market, people’s view. Etc.

In future, I want to establish my career as the project manager in the mechanical field because I
completed my Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical stream. I always enjoy working and
studying about the Mechanicals as in this subject all the scientific principles related to design,
analyse, maintaining, manufacture, physics and mathematics studied. In this field, it requires to
have a core and deep understanding of areas that includes dynamics, thermodynamics, structural
analysis, material science and electricity is needed because these areas are inter-related with all
the mechanical fields. The report of the multinational company “Deloitte Global” states that the
upcoming future and scope in the mechanical field are considered bright like the Sun and this is
the time when students developed their area of interest in the growing field. The demand for this
industry is rapidly showing upwards curve locally and internally because this field includes
umpteen types of work. Principles of mechanical engineering used everywhere whether in power
machines like generators, washing machines, refrigerator, air-conditioner, etc. the people who
have a core understanding of mechanical field can execute this work effectively and efficiently.
International companies and the market generally prefer that candidate who have MEC E degree
as that candidate have skills in designing other machines also that are used while completing
constructing work, elevators, etc. These candidates can also handle the computer-related work
easily, and they also use the latest computer technology in making and understanding designs.
Moreover, candidates from engineering background are responsible for the integration of
sensors, controllers and machinery.

the guidelines, rules and regulation to be a respected and successful engineer. Students after
completing and understanding these subjects, start doing unethical work which gives birth to the
destruction and that become harmful not only to themselves but also to the entire world.
Engineers study provides the knowledge vast knowledge to the students through this knowledge
they can even build artificial intelligence, nuclear power, water cleaner from salty to fresh, etc. If
any engineer who is extremely excellent in the engineering, if he handover himself in the wrong
hands (terrorists and those group who want to rule the world) then they can use them to build the
different-different nuclear energy for threatening the world. This will create the destruction in
this world, So it’s extremely crucial to thought the student from day 1 of their class about the
ethical responsibility of the engineers. These ethical values protect the self-respect of an
engineer, society, environment and the country. One can feel proud after following these ethical
responsibilities because these values have a profound effect on the engineers. It is very important
that knowledge should be hand over in the safe hands.

short, my team management is as good as my leadership, organising behaviour and skills.
Cognitive skills and knowledge: I acquire both skills of the mechanical field that is soft and
technical. In my soft skills, my presentation skills and communication skills are strong. I always
focus on technical more than the theoretical because my all the query automatically get solved
once I performed the practical part of the work. I always try to perform a demo task whatever is
mention in the theoretical part of books.
Communication: My communication and other social skills are very good. I know how to deal
