1. Introduction:
The opening of retail shop along with being in business is seen to be
rewarding. However, as one is unable to be aware about it, this can go
downhill very fast. Similar to other milestones that prove to be successful
in life, this takes hard work, dedication and time to seek the perfect house
and change that to home. One requires to take the time for planning, move
through suitable steps and channels and then dedicate to make that
successful. The current presentation evaluates the following:
Five options of present project management software and then explain
the shortcomings and benefits of each of them.
The way the software addresses requirements of the three stages of the
project plan.
Utilizes screenshots of the software instances to explain the options.

2. Comparing five current options of project management:
Jira project management tool::
This method is one of the highly flexible and the projects exhibiting the dynamic traits can get advantages
from the process.
Here, for the of retail shop the aim is to constantly adapt the abrupt modifications from the feedback of the
client.
Regarding transparency the Agile approach delivers distinct scopes for the clients to get included in the
project. This extends from the prioritizing the features to the review sessions and iteration planning for the
common software builds that consists of latest features (Ahmed 2016).
It is mainly developed for software development. However, its Kanban workflow management system has been
helpful to use that as the project management solution by various project teams.
Its project management has been lacking activities like budget estimation, load balancing and many more.
It is not used by the non-R&D people
It has been missing the timeline view and has never created any timeline.
Unlike the others, a lack of emphasis is there on the necessary design and documentation. Apart from that,
the project of the retail shop can easily get taken off their track as customer representative stays unclear
regarding final results about what they want.
Zoho Projects:
It is a type of self-service Business Intelligence and the data analytics software.
It is useful to create the appealing data visualizations along with various insightful dashboard very quick. The
Zoho CRM is able to automate regular business tasks, engage customers and track the same at various
platforms.
The Zoho Project is a type of cloud-based solution of project management. This provides the project budgeting
and scheduling permitting project managers in defining project activities and then assign them to the teams,
estimating cost of projects and then make the follow-up over the in-progress activities.

Asana:
It is a type of cloud-based project and the solution of task management. It is helpful for the current case of retail shop to control
and then organize projects and tasks, collaborate and communicate. This is useful for the project to manage numerous projects
simultaneous.
Its user interface is very simple and easy to use. This is a great neat for gathering every task at the similar place.
It never needs any previous training as the menus are understandable by any people.
However, there can be issues with creation of date to any section and can just perform that to any project. This takes more time as
one need to have the drop and drag tasks with manual approach.
Many functions are there that many without any knowledge of program can be confusable.
There is a rise in necessity to develop their notifications options.
Freedcamp:
It is free for the unlimited amount of projects, files and users. Here, every users can have the access to various important
applications for managing projects. This has broad variety of extra production tools. This could be purchased as the element of paid
plans. Its free offering permits the users to assign activities to set milestones, people, schedule events and calendars and utilize
the discussion boards and then track the time that is spent on the activities.
The most advantageous characteristic of it is that consists of generous free tier.
Moreover, the platform might never jump as per the vibrancy and color. It is very efficient tool of the project management. As one
expect the platform that aesthetically pleasing then Asana or Zoho projects can be food alternative choices.
It is simple to navigate and permits the project teams to make collaboration on the projects in efficient manner.
The discussion board permits the users to make conversation on the individual projects. As that is never sufficient, the users might
every time include the Wall application for every project.
Monday.com:
The project management tool has turned inflexible black box which lists the activities. Here, every task ends up to be done external
to the tool.
The main benefit if it is that it has been breaking the barriers and delivering the effortless transparency of the team. This is the
area to make the planning, make coordination and communicating the team at one single place.
Its value is enormous and would possibly never develop. Bigger and more distributed the team of the retail shop project, the more
they can achieve from an easy solution providing updates and transparency in real time about the matters.
There is no other tools that consist of the value at the core.

Project Plan
Document Page
Explanation of how software can address
requirements of three stages of project plan:
Jira project management tool:
Firstly, there is release plan process. For this the needed features are to be discussed.
A detailed discussion is to be made that involved at every factors and feature
influencing the delivery. Then one must take decision of how much one might work,
listing of epics and stories, adding iteration to planning, adding stories to iteration, and
sharing the plan. Secondly, there is sprint planning process. For this a retrospective
meeting must be conducted. Here, the meeting of sprint planning must e run, the user
stories are to assure that there detailed enough and the user stories are to be broken
to particular activities (Shafiq et al. 2018).
Zoho Projects:
One must list the details involving the issue that product must solve, constraints of
customers, performance levels and compatibly with the existing systems (Peters and
Moreno 2017). Next, case studies must be conducted with same type of products and
requirements of every stakeholders must be considered. Here, the specifications are to
be listed in the document of product documents forming the input of the further step.
Here, all the things seen from the initial stage is to be made into a single blueprint.
Document Page
Asana:
Firstly, there is sprint planning meeting. From the beginning of every
sprint the planning meeting is to be conducted to demonstrate that the
tasks are to be done. Here, the owner of the product and team must
meet to evaluate the items of greatest-priority on the backlog of the
products. Here, the team members must find out the number of items to
be committed to and generate sprint backlog. This is the list of task to
be finished as the sprint goes on. Then there is daily scrum or the daily
standup.

Freedcamp:
Here, the plan must be created in the project to plan for initiation stage.
The plan for every future stage is to be created or the boundary process
of stage.
Here, the team managers commonly generate the team plans as they
assist the project with stage plan.
The project plan is upgraded as the stage boundary process goes on.
This includes what is to be delivered and still to be delivered. Lastly, the
end data must be estimated of project as that keeping changing
(Shameem, Kumar and Chandra 2017).
Monday.com:
The technique must be utilized besides the critical path method. This
includes the estimation of duration of project and then calculating
variances. In order to calculate broad range of complicated tasks. The
systems are implements for investigating project networks.

Conclusion:
The project manager of setting up the new retail store must define the
expectations and needs of the clients clearly. For this the goals are to be
outlined keeping in mind the cost of project also. At last, they require
never to decide the one size for every kind approach. They must keep in
mind that is acceptable perfectly to pick different positive features for
the aforementioned methodologies.
