Introduction
Project management is the process of certain applications like method, skills, knowledge
etc. in order to make a project achieved with its objectives and in given time period. Also budget
is being handled within it and this makes attaining of efficiency in result out of project when
accomplished. Maximizing interest of stakeholders possible and attaining of desired results to be
achieved. To achieve the goals it is important to use correct approach and applied within the
project. So, that project can be controlled and managed with efficiency to make execution
performed in effective. After the report is completed end project report is being prepared by the
manager of project for evaluation outcome which can be evaluated and lessons has to be learnt
for completing project in efficient manner. In this report execution and controlling of project is
related over launching an event by Marriott Construction Ltd can publish technological
construction of building for making more construction possible. Application of PRINCE-2 model
is to be done for controlling entire project to make it successful. Further reflection of self-
competence makes execution roles and responsibilities possible with the help of end of project
report.

In order to make complete a project for gaining of desired result within the given time
period and budget. It is very important to have an effective approach for applying and controlling
project that has been executed. Also importance of project execution is that it makes performing
of all activities related to project in organized and planned way. To make product or services to
be produced in helping of fulfilling quality requirements of customers to make high satisfaction
is to be achieved. This is important for activities related to project and controlling of data that is
related for gathering and analysed in effective with cost and time related with project status.
Project control is that process which is helpful in making project status and to make desired
outcomes to be forecasted over improvements. Various processes that has been involved in
project for controlling of project planning, budgeting, risk management, change in management,
forecasting of performance management. All such process is helpful for Marriott Construction
Ltd as it helps in increasing of quality of project which is related with technology that has been
launched. This makes improving of brand image of the company by changing requirement to
construction of project ineffective manner.
PRINCE2 is that acronym for Projects IN Controlled Environment that is the process
based over method that is helpful in managing of project from beginning to end and gain highly
efficient results out of project. Model that is being applied by Marriott Construction Ltd has been
helping in making of buildings technology to be equipped that is helpful for making construction
work easy and smooth. This enhances knowledge over technology that has been developing for
construction work possible in effective manner and makes better results to be achieved. This is
helpful in increasing customer base by making increase in image of an organization. Principals
of PRINCE2 model should be applied in effective way to make desired result achieved. A
project should be accomplished in desired way and like project must be justified in continuous
manner to gain high returns out of investment, team should be continuously learned out of

experiences for clearing of roles and responsibilities, teams which can be continuously learn
through experience, clear delegation of roles with responsibilities. All this is required to be
focused over final delivery. All such principals is being helping efficiency with execution of
project to be completed within the required period of time. Following are the processes in the
PRINCE2 approach which can help Marriott Construction Ltd in completing the project( Galli,
2017). Starting the project: In an project it is mandatory for creating goals that is required to be
attained and has to be determined along with all other aspects of project to make approval
by project manager. Directing a project: After making approval of project as the resources that is needed for
making determination with effective team that has been formed for delegation of roles
and responsibility within the team members delegated. Initiating the project: Project plan that has to be created along with timeline over
activities that is related for making project completed. Six target of project like time, cost,
quality, scope and benefits for determining within this stage. Controlling: Project must be divided in various smaller components to make work with
effective managed and progress in the project to be controlled through necessary changes. Managing product delivery: At this stage progress of project is being compared with
exception and effective way of a making continuous review with correction to be made. Managing stage boundaries: Closing of each stage the manger is reviewing of outcomes
to be achieved for ensuring project on right track.
 Closing a project: This stage project is being closed for achieving of final deliverable
along with documentation with reporting of project which can be maintained and finally
leads to closing of project.

technology for construction building that is helpful in achieving its objectives with efficiency.

investments. It is also important that project controlling processes are effectively applied during
the project which can help in managing various aspects of the project like cots, time, quality,
budget etc. These can help in improving the efficiency with which project is completed so that
the deliverables can be achieved in the manner desired.

End of Project Evaluation report
The end project report is being produced over project manager over completing of project
to create effectiveness of project in achieving of desired goals that can be evaluated before
making decision regarding closing of project. This report give details about the deliverables that
are achieved by completing the project and their efficiency in achieving high customer
satisfaction. Also it provides details regarding what went well during the project and what needs
to be improved so that the benefits that are achieved can be evaluated which can help in ensuring
the final deliverables are accepted by customers. Following are the details which are contained in
EOP report so that the project outcomes can be analysed:
The objective that has been achieved by project is to launch technological construction of
building through event so that customers can be attracted and construction project increases in
company. Project is been able to make efficiency in objective as the project was completed
within defined period of time and also budget can be managed with highly effective outcomes.
Event related is launching technology in construction of building that has been effective in result
of increasing number of customers that is going to enhance the brand image of the company
within the market. Various problems can be faced at the time of achieving objectives like
environmental condition, awareness over construction work and quality of material these
problems can be faced by them.
The benefits which have been achieved through the completion of this project is
maximising the interest of all the stakeholders like staff members, employees, human resource,
contractors and government. Some other benefits that can be gained is good quality of
construction work, optimum utilization of resources is possible and also attracting of customer is
possible.
Through such project education is to be maintained with more of efficiency to make overall
development possible. Along with improving of efficiency that has been improving technology
knowledge that makes achievement irrespective of time and place. Further this is Helps
Company to enhance brand image in market to make increase in construction project and also
helps in fund raising. Teachers has also been benefitting over improving of technology and can
be given with better lessons to students and improving of learning outcome of employees. This
makes achievement of goals possible with project completion (Eriksson, Larsson and Pesämaa,
2017). The project manager has tried to keep the project under its original scope by applying
various approaches of controlling and managing the project so that the deliverables of project can
be efficiently completed. Through applying of efficient approach various targets has been
achieved in efficient manner and has made goals and objectives to be achieved in effective
manner with that help of this various important aspects regarding the project with the specific
time period. This helped the manager in completing the project within budget which was £50000
and 6 months of duration along with maintaining high quality of the project so that better
outcomes can be achieved. Thus the project manager has been able to keep the project within the
original scope by effectively delegating roles and responsibilities among members along with
dividing the complete project in smaller and manageable tasks. Also using the resources in an
efficient manner so that all the project activities can be completed effectively and within time.

While completing the project the project manager effectively used PRINCE2 approach
which helped in continuously reviewing the progress of the project so that effective changes can
be made whenever required. This helped in regularly improving the quality of the project along
with enhancing the way in which team members performed their roles and responsibilities so that
they could use their skills and abilities in an efficient manner. The changes that were made were
related with establishing effective communication among the team members along with
improving the allocation of resources so that the project can be completed in an efficient manner.
The changes in original plan were done so that the challenges that were faced during the project
can be dealt with in an efficient manner like ineffective communication, resource conflicts,
determining accountability among team members, difficulty in decision making etc. All these
aspects related with original plan were improved so that the team members can perform their
roles and responsibilities in an effective manner. Use of Gantt Chart, WBS, effective
communication tools etc. were done by the project manager so as to improve quality of results
achieved and efficiency of project can be enhanced.
As the project was going on I was the part of project team that has helped me in
enhancing over learning and utilizing of my skills with abilities in effective manner. Also I have
performed my roles in effective manner with the responsibilities that has been assigned to me.
During the project my learning has enhanced both my personal and professional skills that has
made me reached to project to be completed. It has also taught me about the coordination which
has to be made with the members of team. I have learned various lessons which has helped me in
making understanding leadership style which has to be followed while managing of project with
appropriate approach and process that has to be applied over the project to be completed. I have
learned that how communication is important and why should it be effective so that members of
team and to make flow of information smooth within the team. Things that are going well during
the project were that my analytical and critical thinking skills with abilities has helped me in
making effective decision making mechanism (Ansah and Sorooshian, 2018). I can manage all
problems and solve them in efficient manner in order to reduce stress and make more efficiency.
The project can only be successful in managing of resources in order and discipline manner
which lead to completion of project on time. Application of PRINCE2 approach should went
well during and has made possible for gaining that required outcome according to desire.
Recommendation has been helping in completing of project in better way in future and role
among team members should be distributed with capabilities and task to be complete in time.
Team members can review work within timely manner so that improvement can be made in
continuous manner and this improves efficiency in result to be achieved. Democratic leadership
style should be used and helping of improving decision making during the project and
engagement of employees. Also high quality in result can be achieved. I can also improve skills
that is related while managing form time and completing of work can be done in stipulated time
with overall development and improvisation.
I felt that identification is earlier before starting any project and also makes availability of
sufficient resources, effective communication within team members and also makes forming of
team possible. So as to make people having required skills and abilities to be formed or
developed within them and teaches management of time. Unavailability of team members is
being prevented by me through identifying of risks. This can be avoided through effective team

members’ before starting project for utilizing of making project result over risk involved. Also
Various problems can be faced at the time of achieving objectives like environmental condition,
awareness over construction work and quality of material these problems can be faced by them.
risk makes a project to be predicted in more effective and organized manner. Risk has also teach
to deal with problems accrued in future. I have learned a lot of things that is going to be helpful
for me in learning about the valuation of construction and making things possible to be covered
in the next project. Also I have learned about project plaining that has made me deal with various
factors of project.
Conclusion
From the above report it can be concluded that importance of effective approach is being
used in managing of project. So that it can be controlled and executed in effective way that can
be helpful in making desired objectives within time. Also essential that EOP report is formed
after project is completed and makes evaluation of project with developments that has taken
place within it from time to time. The knowledge gain from this project is going to improvise
future project also.
