1PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Human being seems to gravitate towards the comfort zone especially belonging to the
business industry. Working with an unknown person or unfamiliar business organization an
individual has to face innumerable difficulties in communicating with each other. Pryke and
Smyth (2012) stated that customers do not have to feel hesitated in interacting with the business
executives even if they are having communication barrier. On the other hand, business partners
do not have to face psychological barriers fervently while forming new strategies and policies.
Therefore, working with the familiar people is having major advantages. On one hand, customers
can get additional scope and opportunity while receiving the services of their products. On the
other hand, business partners after making an effective interaction with each other can make risk
analysis.
Some of the eminent scholars have opposed the point of view of previous scholar as
well. As per the opinion of Kahura (2013), working with known people is possessed with major
disadvantages as well. Business partners fail to maintain a proper professionalism if they are
known to each other. As a result, the rhythmic process of business gets affected rapidly. In
addition, working with new people is quite safe as the new people intend to maintain a
professional behavior at the workplace. Automatically, the entire process of business would like
to maintain a systematic rhythmic flow. As per the point of view of numerous eminent scholars,
it can be concluded that working with known people is having both positive as well as negative
impacts. If the business partner as well as cutsomers becomes flexible in working with the people
they know the executives should maintain professional attitudes for following organizational
behavior.
