Preferred Methodology (Justify the methodology for your
project )selected :
Methodology: To organize an event various types of methodologies are used such
as,Waterfall,PM BOOK,Agile,Prince2,Kanban,six sigma and Fundraising. From out of
these methodology I prefer to use waterfallmethod as in this method whole process of
development is divided into different phases, next phase can be started if the previous
one is completed.
Waterfall methodology:waterfall methodology is also known as a linear-sequential life
cycle model. This methodology was introduced as a first process model. The waterfall
method is simple to use and easy to understand. The six stages of waterfall method
one stage to another stage like waterfall. The six phases such as, 1)Analysis 2)design
3)Implemention 4)Testing 5)Deployment 6)Maintenance.This method can be defined
by their name as in waterfall river runs from top to the bottom in a flow and mix up in
the main stream, same process is followed in this project to achieve the target.
Timeframe is also fixup to complete the task, so that the project can be completed on
time without any problems by following every phase step by step. The advantage of this
method is that it allows managerial and departmentalization control. For
instance,Carwash process, while cleaning the car phases are followed by step by step
and finished or delivered on time. (Waterfall Model, 2018)
